Getting hacked items back

Hi Dekaron community I recently put in a support ticket due to the fact that my account was hacked and my gear and weps were stolen along with some misc. stuff.  I had taken a break from dekaron for a bit while it was still under the ownership of nexon and when I decided to get back into game I realized that papaya had taken over.  So I transferred my account over and was ready to play and when I got into game my items were missing.  The support team told me they had no records of it because it probably happened under nexon's ownership.  To my understanding they got the database that nexon had acquired over the years so why wouldn't they have records of previous transactions?  Even if that were the case what am I suppose to do now? Start from scratch after months and months of grinding my gears and wep? Let me know if anyone else has had this happen to them. Thank you.
