@Alyiden I had the same problem (I have the same anti-virus). You need to go into ESET and give permission to "accept" your Dekaron file. One of the other threads in the forum discusses it. Check this ESET information link....you should be able to find the answer there as well. http://support.eset.com/kb2199/?locale=en_US There are likely ESET supports in your language to make it easier for you.
Update: I found the thread (posted by @NomenNesci0) in an earlier thread. Here is the information he gave which worked for me.
Go to Setup, then Computer protection, then Advanced setup (at bottom), then Exclusions, then Edit and there add the main path where all of your Dekaron files are (C:\Papaya\Dekaron Online\*.* - this is mine, change path according to your situation). This only works if ESET prevents patching.
