Well, I'm off to a new account.
Thanks GMs regarding support, I didn't get any help at all. Great support you have there, not like it's a automatic message, no no. It's GMs that write it. xD Not bots.

The support is useless just to let you know, it's not even a support it's just a bot that tells you why you got banned/suspended.
Apparently I got banned for using hacks when I don't have any, maybe my mouse is modded but I never did that on purpous if so. I am getting a new mouse so I don't get ban just in case.

Now, this is just to tell everyone that I am friends with that I am changing accounts, in case someone would ever wonder. Not to 100% drag down GMs although that's a part of it. They are actually pretty obnoxious, they ignore me in game when I ask them why they never reply to me and that stuff.

I have friends that have recordings of me playing on Ms_Energy, so. GMs just tell me and I will show you.
At least look into what you're doing before you ban someone. Don't do it for fun and don't do it for money.

    This sucks, I feel the same way as you do as far as the feeling of gm's not caring for their players.  I also put a support ticket in regards to my hacked items and got no help, just a response saying that the incident occurred during nexon's ownership and that they can't help. But either way hope you get your account unbanned since you didn't do anything wrong. Gl bro.

    Sorry for you, but unlike other games, using macros(which include keyboard & mouse with configurable actions) is not allowed, we have other players banned because of it too.
    (PS: If it is not your case disconsider)

    Yes the support is "weird", every time I needed anything I have to insist and keep replying to the ticket until they give me a satisfactory answer, last ticket took 3 weeks to get the first reply, aside the automaticaly sent message.

    But I don't have macros, at least nothing that I want. If I actually have a macro mouse I will change it immediately, I know that it is not allowed. But it's whatever
