My Game Disconects Every 3-5 Minutes

Hi 
I have been having a problem today where my game just randomly disconnects every few minutes for no reason. Its not my internet because i have checked my internet and reset it many times and the problem still occurs. I was hoping a GM could help me resolve this issue. Thanks

    Hello ImLeviathan,

    First of all, my sincere apologies for the late reply to your post. That being said, please send us a support ticket with a screenshot of the error you get when you crash/disconnect if possible.

    To take a screenshot, click on the button "PRNT/SCRN" on your keyboard while the error is displayed, then start the application "Paint" then click on "CTRL+V" then save the screenshot on your desktop then upload it on this website http://pasteboard.co/ or this website http://www.zippyshare.com/ , copy the first link and paste it in a new support ticket , afterwards we will be able to check it and help you fix this problem.
