is this ban will last forever ?

hi .
im a 2 stars player who havent played this game for 2 - 3 years now . due to the ip ban in my country tunisia .
i wont argue about the fact that i spent a shit lot of money in this game , and because some tunisian kids used hack . i GOT A SPECIAL TREATMENT FROM THE DEVS WHICH IS BANING ME TOO WITH ALL OTHER INNOCENT PLAYERS , my question is this :
is this game will continu to ban my country ?
otherwise i will put my money in a real proffesional game .
