Forgot Second Password

recently i got back into the game after i migrated my account to Papayplay but after not playing for such long time i forgot the second password [i kind of remember it but forgot the order]
i requested a password reset and i gave every single piece of info and evidence that i am the legitimate owner of this account yet the support team said it cant be done that they can not resolve this problem, the account isn't such high lvl max 160 if i remember correctly, i request a second password. i am the owner of this account i have full access and i refuse do give up on my old account please do something. thank you.
