DCing problem

Seem like its so easy to get dc with Papaya. I played the game before with Gamehi and Nexon. It usually lag when you have the lot of people use the internet like youtube. But now Its just dc and dc. Sometime I try to spend an hour to play the game but the dc and waiting to log back in couple time, before I realize one hour is gone and no game playing at all. This must be the worst time wasting for me.

    I've been reporting dc and login problems ever since Papaya took over.  With my tickets, I keep getting the same response over and over: "We're aware of the problem and doing our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience."  I'm not sure "what world" the Papayan People live in, but I think anything longer than a few weeks to resolve these issues is unacceptable.  Maybe, Papaya, it's time to "admit defeat" and hire some professionals who know what they're doing to get these connection problems corrected once and for all.

    Nexon had these same problems and resolved them quickly.  If Nexon could "do it", then why can't you?
