Dragon Claw 5 Days is bug

So I just got my "Dragon Claw 5 Days" from the daily ticket event from NPC Karin and was so happy about because of the stats......however when I tried to equip it - it disappear into thin air then I got a message says:

"The following Binding item has expired: [Dragon Claw 5 Days]"

now....I wonder how our GM will resolve this.

and then I tried to get it again for my alternate character but it disappear again even without me doing anything to it.....now now....I hope GM will take appropriate actions to resolve this.

It's not much of an item but still.....please do something..

    It seems that those developers have very shot memory span when they continue with awkward practice of giving timed items non-boxed. We have had this issue many times before and they obviously never learn from their mistakes. Timed items must always come in a box, because the correct timer is triggered by user action (opening box) and there is no other simple way to do it (program it). LEARN, goddammit!

    I reported the bug yesterday when I saw the first post about it.


    It's not a short memory issue, it's a new people working issue. I think since I started as an HGM, I've seen the development team change people 4 different times.

    OK, then it's "institutional knowledge" developers are lacking, which brings us (again) to the management issues. I believe that you, GMs, pass on our concerns and suggestions, but it seems that management people have hard time finding win-win solution. So, we have had so far bad gameplay management, non-existent marketing strategy, stubborn and ignorant resources management and now you enlightened me with developers' problems. Uff, hard to believe that we are still alive and kicking after so many years. True die-hards!

    Changing teams is no excuse. Every company that works with software development change teams, but they never need to start from zero.

    problem still exist....the newly provided Dragon Claw 5 days still expires automatically right after you get it from the NPC.

    So they already made the Dragon Claw in a BOX....just got it from my alt char...

    but how about the others who already received the initial "BUGGED" claw? Aren't we gonna get it?
