REQUEST #19964 MASTER's MISTAKE BUGGED

To GMs:


I just bought 900DKC online then purchased "Master's Mistake" to reset my skills in-game. I then removed all my gears and equipped items and then used the Master's Mistake however for some unknown reason the item Master's Mistake disappear out of thin air - without giving me any kind of error just like it does before.


This is not the first time that I have used Master's Mistake and again it did not give me any error message - it just disappear.


Please kindly check it and return it back to me.
