Removal or reduction of the 5 minute wait timer

Hello i have played this game since act 1, and when nexxon had the 5 minute wait timer added it was understandable and not that annoying as they had a far more stable and reliable service.

Lets face it your service is less stable and you obviously limit connections at peak times like most hosting companies which causes a large issue when you dc right before one of the many events that are needed to progress in this game. If i didn't need dead front to gain my levels dcing would not be a large issue, but i do and it is.

So my simple suggestion is to remove or reduce your re connection timer so i have a chance of getting back into the game when i dc after switching channels for dead front. Which seems to be happening a lot more often. Either that or simply give us a nice exp event to compensate all the shoddy connections we have had which are on your end, in many of our cases in my case i had 3 separate programs using internet. yours was the only one to disconnect repeatedly i spent a good 45 minutes just reconnecting. And i am hardly a solitary case.

TLDR, Your service is not as stable as nexxons. face it and adapt to keep more players.
