MC2 Helmet Guide anywhere?

Title explains the post. 

Been looking for a guide on how to acquire the MC2 helmet, which everyone seems to have.  I have googled it multiple times with various wording but can't seem to find one. 

All I know is that you need dimensional powders or something like that.. I'm not 100% sure.

1) Does it take a long time to actually get an MC2 if you grind it out instead of buying it?

2) How much does an MC2 actually cost if I were to buy it in-game from someone?

If anyone could post a guide or some advice on how to do it, let me know.

    I have no idea how to farm for it but as far as i kno ppl are selling it for 12-14 billion.
