Authorization Key for GMs

Hello, my friends have problems with this bug....they enter correct password but they got this message.They cant even log in on site to post here on forum or contact you over support so i thats why i write here. They cant even create new account. Looking for GMs help

    Did your friend transfer his account?  Also they can't create an account on there own? I'll have to ask the office staff about this one. I don't remember if there's a region lock.

    Ye, we played normaly dekaron. And 2days ago that happen. We tought its some kind of bug that will be solved with maintance, but still same problem. We are from Europe.

    Should i give you IGN of a friend? i did submit ticket for me, but i open this thread because he cant contact you through support?

    I would add your friends IGN to your current ticket and say that he's having the issue as well. Please forum PM me the Ticket # so I have it for the conversation with office staff.

    I has almost samep roblem. I was not able to log in into the forum or even check the main page of dekaron. Than someday that was just fixed so just be patient and be sure that all be fine. (hope sooner than your friends expect gl)

    i have a  similar problem.  help my migrate my account nexon. Im did 1 step and 2 step on the main site nexon entered data and now writes migration is successful. I can enter account nexon site,but not on papayaplay( help
