Enchanting +7 to +9 WITH TALIS

I am enchanting anything to +7 to +9.

I will be providing the Talis and also I will buy a 30 Days Holy Water. The higher the the enchants the more %Talis i will use. For example, If you want me to enchant a +7Boots. I will use a 18%, If you want me to still enchant i will get %30 then the max is %50 "Remember the Holy Water grants an extra +5% for enchanting"

+7 with 18% Talis = 500M
+8 with 30% Talis = 1B
+9 with 50% Talis = 1.5B
