Can't use any skills

Yo so basically one night i was playing, logged off for bed, come on a couple days later and none of my skills worked, only my melee attack works so i thought it was a game bug, came back on a day later and still none of my skills worked? if someone could help me fix this thatd be great cos the games unplayable atm
