old game character

Hello,
I apologize in advance for my bad English but I wanted to ask you something.
Blackshot game I played before the last 5-6 years with ganjaman852 username and the name of the character in the game MrGanja.
Then I Log On to Garena.
Now I have decided after a year to play again when I come back and my username Log On ganjaman852 is working but my game character, I do not see and had to start again from the lowest level.
I've been playing quite far enough, and therefore want to ask whether you can continue with my old character MrGanja or really have to start from scratch with a new one.

You just wrote on the Blackshot Global (EU) forum.
Blackshot Garena has closed few months ago. It is now called Blackshot SEA (http://bs.playone.asia/ for further information)
Stopped playing because of Blackshot Revolution.
