wtf is the tips for xsolla of $18?

you will notice this when you go to add dkc to your account when using paypal. they are now charging $18 dollars if you are getting $100. so it totals $118. 

if it is called a tip then why is it mandatory?

should be called a fee....

as soon as i noticed it i cancelled my purchase to reup my account now.

back to free to play....

    I am not surprised at all, now, I understand the point of it being a third party situation, however nothing to do with this game surprises me any more.

    The fact that on their UI they have an 18% "tip" means that Xsolla has had that drawn up and whether or not it is implemented is irrelevant, THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS.What on earth would a payment gateway wanna charge that extortionate amount of money for anyway? Un fecking believeable!!!

    When this game went to papaya, I used to buy the 20 or 50 Euro coupons that has the 8 digits serial number and you simply went into the shop and input this and your account was credited with the correct amount. Very straight forward.

    However once Xsolla came in, the same process was there but now they charged a fee, which rendered whatever value coupon you had worthless, e.g 50 euro coupon bought, try to exchange with Xsolla there was a fee of 2.50 which meant you had to have a coupon to the value of 52.50 to submit it.

    Here is the crowning turd in the water-pipe as I recall you could only buy these (think they were called Paypoint or something similar) in either 10, 25, 50 or 100 amounts so whatever you bought was never enough. I of course submitted a letter querying this but "drum roll" no reply. To me no action is still an action so I must deduce collusion!!

    Then we have a DEKA2017 event, which "another drum roll" is a DShop event!!!! what has this to do with game play? Well I don't have a Gold Dragon +10 Wallet!!!!! 

    Dragon Emblem not in game so many "chase the dragon" by opening their wallets or purses even wider to buy keys in the hope they will be lucky.

    I have no problem supporting the game IF it is done fairly, but here's a thought, everyone knows the best selling items in Dshop were the Pots, buffs and the 60 day drop ammy, so what do these geniuses do????? yes remove all their best selling items.Einstein would have been envious of this thought power.

    Who knows one day this game will make sense........whether I will be around is another matter, just seems like blind leading the blind.

    Act 19 for Xmas would be nice.

    i wont except too much of a response back but an 18% gratuity just to use their system for charging up our accounts is ridiculous. for that reason i am no longer reup/charging my account again. gl with that.


    for the record too when those dragon emblem random boxes were in web shop for like 3 days. i opened approx like 200+ boxes and never got a perm while others opened less than 20 got it. for this im really going to start cutting down on my spending because thats some stupid bs right there. 

    if the tip does not get removed ill most likely not spend again. no reason to charge us for a service you are being charged for to use. xsolla is double dipping. your pockets and ours. not right at all.
