Ice Dust exchange Bug

Hello. To the support team.

Please check out the NPC: Jack in Ardeca Ice Dust exchange quest.

So when I try to exchange my Snowy Tail to ice dust it says that I have no items. (I got 5 of them)

Many ppl need this option to exchange their items for ice dust and get the specific item that they need.

So I hope you'll check it as soon is possible and fix it ofc.

this bug has been there for months and you just noticing it now? lol jake had no longer had the option to exchange the ice dust since atleast that old ass halloween candy event. top it off you still cant get the lvl 1 halloween ring like you were in the past. add that to the list too i guess...

bbc496 - I am glad he posted it here even if the bug existed for months. Imagine I didn't play for a while and got that snowy tail only a few days ago and couldn't exchange it. :)

I noticed this now because I saw it now. Like a big part of players in this game im on stand by mode waiting for A19-20. Sometimes I just log in and check whats going on in this game. I saw bug I report it...

I report the bug in the right section and also here to be sure it will be seen.

You are also free to report any bugs you find its not a special right so if you see a bug please just report it.
