Ice Dust exchange bug...

Hello. To the support team.

Please check out the NPC:  Jack in Ardeca Ice Dust exchange quest.

So when I try to exchange my Snowy Tail to ice dust it says that I have no items. (I got 5 of them)

Many ppl need this option to exchange their items for ice dust and get the specific item that they need.

So I hope you'll check it as soon is possible and fix it ofc.
