Hello Papayians,
Many users have reported viewing an additional “Tips for Xsolla” charge being added to BlackShot Currency (BSC) and Dekaron Cash (DKC) purchases through Paypal. Be advised: this additional ‘charge’ is not related to Papaya Play, and is the result of a technical error from our third-party payment service provider, Xsolla. Furthermore, while the “Tips” charge is visually listed in the store checkout transaction interface, there is no actual additional currency being charged; the glitch is purely UI based. We are currently working to resolve this error with the Xsolla Team as quickly as possible.
If this error is encountered elsewhere in our transaction process, please alert our Help Desk ASAP. Additionally, if you are
for any reason actually charged the “Tips” amount, please reach out to the Xsolla Team immediately for a refund.
