now it need USER ID to purchase official items ？

i tried to buy official items just now  by credit card, and it shows "2207: A valid User ID is required to complete this transaction. " ,  it need  i show  ID to  customer service ? that seems not good,  and i know   dekaron  just to prevent  the  use of stolen card,   maybe  soon the players' shop items   will raise price , especially the talisman  XD
