Help missing event item Tear of Mitera!!

Come back fron a long break and noticed my summy didnt have the tear of mitera, and i dont have the option to get it at Karin look like i already take it but its nowhere to be found, checked stash/inventory and its not there please help. Email papayaplay already and been waiting for a week but no reply :(

    You are not the only one, heard it from more players, obviously a bug.
