Disconnected from the server

Hi ppl! I need help!

I am having a lot of problems to connect to the game. It usually put "Reconnecting... this may take up to 5 minutes", but sometimes it put "Disconnected from the server". 

Sometimes, the game let me log in into, but when I select the character, the game kick me out and it does not let me enter.

Someone knows why is this happening? Or what I have to do to fix the issue and enter the game?

    Hi.I have experienced same issue several times. As I observed, this happens when your internet connection gets unstable. What I do is that i exit the game then open it again after few minutes. You'll be able to log back after 2-3 times trying
