Missing event item

Hi i just come back to Dekaron from a long break and for some odd reason my main character didn't have the Tears of Miteara, and i don't have the option to get it at Karin like all my others character, and Im sure i didnt't sell it and i've check everywhere stash and inventory, so im wondering if anyone could help me with this? thanks in advance..
