Problem with Squama Quest

Can anyone help me? My brother can't find where to deliever the quest to get Broken Myst Pend.

    Same thing happened to me. just abandon the quest and go get it back talking with the door in the end of the slimes room. You don't need to deliever it to any NPC. They would let you deliever it right next when u kill Manuvers

    To clarify that. It should be automatically rewarded once you kill Manuver after following the quest steps.
