reconnecting may take 5 minutes...

quite often when soft logging to character select the game has an error and throws
me back to login screen, upon attempting to reconnect i get the message
"Reconnecting.... this may take up to 5 minutes"
It has now been roughly 30 minutes and i cannot connect back to game.
typically this happened straight after buy Coins and making a Web shop purchase,
usually it will take much a long time for items to be delivered so soft logging out and back in seems to help with claiming any mail items...
I think it is pretty ridicules it should take this long for my character to actually be logged out so i am able to log back in. especially not 30 minutes when it says 5 lol this is quite a difference... when will this be fixed or is it ever going to be looked into or worked on? kinda want to play the game and spend what i have purchased without a problem.
