    The only thing that i am guessing is that the DG will be on a DK map since next to that summoner is written "_Hellion" 

    Adding: 
    The only thing i noticed that it's missing is the Title quest if i am not mistaken. 
    It's the book with a question mark at the top left of the screenshot below. That makes me think that we probably won't get the full content of action 19 - 20 as promised. 
    (Guild buff is also missing but probably they haven't took it from the NPC)
