Enough random boxes (Feedback)

I just bought recently a 13k DKC package that includes 10 pet eggs and a socket gem. I've bought it because i thought that i would have had an option to select which gem i want from it. When i clicked to open the box i just had a pet gem randomly given to me. I weren't expecting that and i don't want to complain about it, what i want to say to the current owners of the game is that we had enough with those random boxes. Same goes for the Flag of war (win) that's in dshop. Why don't you just use this method?:

If you want an item in dshop such as Flag of war(win) you should have 3 ways to obtain it.

1. To spend a standard amount of money to get it permanent (40$ DKC)
2. To get it though random boxes (0.20$ DKC)
3. To farm it in game.

Enough with random boxes.

    papaya need to make money to support their employees and the server. Also those d shop items are tradable and can be purchase by dils if you don't want to spend real money.

    I do not disagree with you, some players spent a ton of money on those random boxes and some others don't. The question is: Why they do not add more options to obtain those items? I'd spent 40€ to buy them instead of spending 10-20€ or even more knowing that i wont get what i want.

    Adding something. On the pet item description in shop it doesnt says that the gemstone is random. These little informations should be added because customers like me are disappointed.

    My opinion is...if i pay for something i need to get anything i want.

    I'm sure there will be  a new costume in dshop for 40DKC quite soon

    It should because Pablos the NPC says that only the latest costumes can be used to get extra stats and as far as the Wukong costume cannot be used that makes me believe also that we will get new costumes.
    I hope the new wings will be included in that costume package, 40DKC for a costume is still too much for me and for the most of the players.

    i have to agree with this. 
    I am not spending any penny on random boxes. 
    For example those new wings, I wont buy a single key, but if they would put it in dshop for fixed price (usualy is 40 euros) I would buy it instantly. But this way? No thx
    They still do not realise it that they would make way more money by that way, instead of milking very few ppl who buy random boxes.

    +1, I also hope they either keep these golden key boxes in dshop, or if once it gets removed make keys tradeable, its kinda nice to be able to buy them for dils, and people who can afford to donate more can benefit on this aswell by earning good dils.

    All I can say is make this gm shop available to all with a new pricing and tradable items. Refund all the money "DKCash" that has been invested the moment this things start happening.
