[NOTICE] Migration FAQ *** UPDATE 07/08/2017***

Below you will find the answers to the questions that are most often asked by the players of War Rock. If you have any other questions, please post your question and we will answer it as soon as possible.
Q. How do I transfer my account?
Starting from May 24th, for a limited time, you will be able to transfer your existing War Rock data from Nexon over to the new Papaya Play server through three easy steps:
1. Launch War Rock.
2. Type in your email address and click OK to confirm migration when the pop-up window appears.
3. Create a new Papaya Play account OR log-in to existing Papaya Play account to merge your War Rock character.
Q. How do I know if my account migration was successful?
Click the link below and type in your email address you entered through the War Rock game launcher migration process.
We will send you an email containing the status of your account migration as well as links to complete the migration process for any incomplete accounts you may have.
Q. Why do I need to transfer my account?
A. Nexon EU is discontinuing service for War Rock on July 13th, after which time the game will move to new servers hosted by Papaya Play. Following Nexon’s termination of service, all legacy character data will be lost. In order to keep your game data, you must transfer your Nexon account to Papaya Play.
Also, players who enroll for the Migration Service before July 13th (CEST) will receive exclusive prizes from Papaya Play to celebrate War Rock's new home. The transfer package includes all-new items like the Tin Soldier Costume and Toy MP5K weapon, plus military keys, 1000 WRC (in-game cash), and more!
Q. When should I complete the Transfer?
A. As early as possible starting from May 24th, 2017(CEST). Any in-game progress gained after transferring game data will still carry over.
Q. When can I start playing War Rock on Papaya Play servers?
A. War Rock will officially launch at Papaya Play on July 14, 2017. Until this date you can still play War Rock on Nexon servers, however, we highly recommend that you complete the migration process as soon as possible before someone else takes your unique ID!
- Account migration begins May 24, 2017 (CEST)
- Nexon EU ends servicing War Rock July 13, 2017 (CEST)
- Papaya Play launches War Rock July 14, 2017 (CEST)
Q. What data will be transferred to Papaya Play through the Transfer Service?
A. All account data, including your character name, items, achievements, and more will be transferred to Papaya Play through the migration process, though certain data will be transferred at a later date. Your clan information, friends list, and achievements will be transferred to Papaya Play on August 16th.
Furthermore, if you transfer your account after July 13th, all existing items in the Inbox will be sent to the PostBox first, then transferred to Papaya Play in August along with the Clan, Friends, and Achievement data.
Q. What happens to my Clan and Friends list?
A. Don’t worry - your Clan and Friends data are transferred as part of the Migration Service. You will not, however, be able to access this secondary account data, or previously earned achievements, until August 16th.
Q. Will my NX Cash carry over?
A. Unfortunately your NX Cash will not be transferred to Papaya Play.

This game has lots of problems but also lots of potential, if you listen the community unlike Nexon, I'm sure you will be able to make this game great and popular again.
Basically you just need to fix the lag, bugs and keep hackers in control and make the game nice and balanced without pay2win. Tried to post long post here before but it didn't get accepted, I will try to post it again on the new forums(?)

This game has lots of problems but also lots of potential, if you listen the community unlike Nexon, I'm sure you will be able to make this game great and popular again.
I'm not sure if this is a good place to tell you about what needs to be fixed to make the game shine again, but I want to tell you about it as soon as possible so here we go:
Top 5 problems with War Rock:
1. Lag, both frame lag (unstable or low frame rate) and internet lag (kill trades, dying behind corners, visually going trough walls because of lag etc.)
2. Weapon/map etc. balance, even though Dream Execution has FINALLY started to balance things in other versions and I heard that they are implementing the same balance patch in our version too, it won't be enough, our version of the War Rock has the worst balance. (If you need help with this you can send me a message, I know all about these problems because I have played all versions of wr for years and therefore know the strenghts and weaknesses of each version)
3. Hackers and overclockers.
4. Bugs. There are plenty such as zombies not working properly, clunky movement because of invisible objects, Character actions giving unfair advantage/working against logic, being able to look trough walls and game crashing etc. (again if you need help with this kind of stuff, I am the right man to ask help for, can do it for free, just send me a message!)
5. Pay2win, well its related to balance really, pay2win in 2017? That's just not going to work well (at least if you are aiming for really popular game and not just something to barely keep alive like Nexon did), War Rock should do like other more popular free2play games and become and actual free2play, meaning you could buy everything for free in-game currency OR at least to have a game mode/s dedicated for free2play.
Just few cents from a really passionate War Rock fan who has played this game since 2010 in 6 different versions + in beta and is still playing at least the Korean version. Again if you need help from an experienced and passionate player, don't hesitate to send me a pm!
