I have some issue with clan reward system since 2 weeks now i get this error all the time i reported this to support but i only get answer : we pass this error to our developers how long i have to whait ? give me some answer pleas

First of all, my apologies for the delayed answer to your question/issue. As you have been informed from the ticket answer you received, the issue has been forwarded and the TECH-team is working on this issue. But as for a specific date, unfortunately, we can't provide you with such a date, but it's being worked on and it will definitely be fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience!
It would also help us if you could confirm if you still get that bug up to this moment. Please do so via ticket system by replying to the old ticket that you sent before. Thanks in advance!
