No more Mitera and Papaya Crystal Drops?

I've noticed from about 2 weeks of grinding I'm not getting any Mitera and Papaya Crystal drops. I don't grind a whole lot but 3-6 hours everyday or so is quite a bit. I've not received 1 Mitera or Papaya Crystal as a drop since the A19 update.

Is this intentional (as in we will no longer be able to receive any as drops), have the drops been made to drop only on specific maps, is the drop just incredibly rare now, or is this a bug? Just posting because I've not seen any posts about drops being removed/added.
