This i the worst developer ever??

So papaya decided to ban my bagi warrior level 192 which i havent played in a half year its been inactive i was only logging in to check new updates, i made a ticket and they say ive used a third program / tool like where the fuck should i get that??? ive aware u guys if you have a high level char u being inactive on you prob getting banned for no reason this is ridiclous they wont tell me when and where i even told em they can put me on teamviewer look my pc to the bottom i have nothing to hide, i just write this post to aware you they just ban for no reason if youre being inactive its fucking lame....
