AFK Auto shouter?

So i see some people in game are using some program to auto shout when they are afk.

I know because one time someone actually pm'ed me like 1 million times for about an hour, no joke. lol

Is this illegal to use this? Or is it okay to use an auto shouter?

    I know it is not allowed to use macro.

    Well thats a good question if macros allowed or not thats a big discussion since Gamehi and Nexon since Keyboards whit that function exist.

    As far as i know its illegal to use any kind of Macro Tools(Keyword 3rd Party Tools) to far, specially for farming afk etc. back in that days.

    Not sure how about Papaya rules now. But it should be still illegal... Anyway if someone Spams you whit such Kind of it just block(Blacklist) and/or Report him/her to Support and see what Papaya Team says.
