Attn Gm: Blacksmith 50% Talisman not working.

Went today to plus a 150+9 Dragon scythe to +10, did the usual weapon, argate and blacksmith click on the fortify and tells me i failed to reinforce the item. Still have the +9 scythe still have the 50% blacksmith and arg ontop of which no dil was used either .

Would be nice if this gets fixed next maintenance, thanks for taking a look
