Unfortunately, we were unable to check the screenshots that you provided in your post, so please take a screenshot of the error/message you get then upload it using this website http://pasteboard.co/ or this website http://www.zippyshare.com/ , copy the first link and paste it in a new support ticket (https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ). You can also make a short video about it , upload it on YouTube or use this website http://tinypic.com/ to upload then give us the link, afterwards we will be able to check it and help you fix this problem.
