Banned Accounts

Hey guys, We need an ANSWER from Some Admin's at Vertigo games company/Service

About WarRock banned accounts,

after a transfer of service,

We hope all banned accounts i got unbanned to give people hope to back to the game again and give them more chance with the new Service.

We need an answer for this.

    1. They will not unban perm banned accounts
    2. Temporary banned accounts however will be unbanned when the unban date arrives.

    The only accounts that will get unbanned will be the ones that have a     temporary ban.. It is not in there interest to unban perm banned accounts as they're banned for a reason. They won't earn no respect from the community for unbanning these accounts.

    You have asked about this in other posts, everytime we have provided with a sufficient answer, "No". 

    As you may know already, papaya play has no reason to unban accounts that has a valid reason to be permanently banned under the nexon administration.

    I would say it's a pretty accurate answer. Why would they unban your account if it was banned under Nexon's Policy?

    maybe they give players new chance to back to the game again,

    it's just game, not real life dude,

    anyway we hope banned accounts got unbanned when warrock goes to new company.

    For this reason, it would be a really really bad start for them if they did it.

    • Hacked
    • Power levelled 
    • Abusive behaviour
    • Scamming
    • Bug abusing
    in the first place then you wouldn't need to be asking this question.

    No change for banned accounts. You must login to game in order to migrate your account.

    I have a temporary banned account which expires in about 3,5 years!

    I don't know how i migrate it to papaya player because when i click on game start
    the ban message appears but i don't get the pop up to migrate my account.
    Will there be a possibility to migrate temporary banned accounts?

    @dissessia2 I have replied to your thread about this, I would suggest to submit a ticket to Nexon support team and let them assist you from there, they may have a way around this as they're the ones that banned you.
