today i migrate my account nx to vertigo but i cant verified my emal??!!! who can help me or have same problem

    Have you checked your junk/spam folder as that's where mine ended up :-)

    Could also be due to traffic on the website of people migrating which is holding up emails.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Did they even send a Email ? I did it with 2 Acc's and got no Email. Maybe its because i already created PP Acc's and just linked my WR Acc's to them.

    Got no email either. I also got an error message which said my migration was not successfull, but when I clicked the return button, it suddenly said migration succeeded.

    Guys listen me i got the solution, follow this miniguide:

    log in with your papayaplay account;
    go to the option and select the email;
    click the "resend" button, then you will receive the email verification, i hope this will help you :)

    I got an email from support. They got overloaded with the migration. Here is their response to me:
    Hello,
    Thank you for contacting the Help Desk

    We were experiencing a technical difficulty earlier today due to overwhelming number of account registrations.
    Please be patient with us as we are addressing the issue at the moment.
    If you still have not received your email verification link, one will be sent to you shortly.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    I then made a manual request for the email through the "Resend" link on my profile, which then worked.
