Why isn't it possible to migrate temporary banned accounts?
I want to migrate my banned account too.

    I suggest waiting until the account is unbanned from the temporary ban and then you can login to the game with said account to migrate, if the ban doesn't end until after the due date of July 13th, I would suggest to send a support ticket to Nexon and see if they can assist you any further.
