Mail Bugged

A friend mailed some items and mail was bugged. He sent a ticket and they ended up giving him a +9 clean to replace it. But the thing is those items are valuable especially the brands and options. He spent a good amount of money on d shop to get those perfect options and brands but it return he gets a +9 clean. I wanted to ask if GM can do something about this mail bugged and retrieve the original items from the mail.
