Hello War Rock Soldiers!

The Account Migration Service from Nexon to Papaya Play is
ending August 16 (CEST). Players who migrate their accounts before the service
end date will receive 30-day versions of the Migration Reward Packages and 5
Military Keys; the contents of the Reward Packages are as follows:


- DB MP5K TOY 30d

- DA ClawBlade Gold 30 Days

- Military Supply Key 01 x 5

- Winderkey M

- Winderkey F

- ToySoldier Hand

- ToySoldier Head

- ToySoldier Boots

 

Once you have completed the migration process, your account
data will be transferred within 15 minutes and you will be able to play with
your account on Papaya Play thereafter. Additionally, following the conclusion
of the Migration Service on August 16th (CEST), all remaining player data
(achievements, Clan information, friends lists) will be integrated into the
game servers. This final integration will occur on August 18th (CEST).

    @Loquillo you don't need to keep migrating your account, you just hit the 'X' in the top right corner of the migration box once logged in.

    I interpreted Loquillo's comment a different way.

    This could be counted as the fourth migration WarRock International has done. K2 to G1 wasn't truly a migration (and I don't recall having to opt in to it), but we did do G1 to Nexon Europe and then Nexon Europe to Nexon America/Europe merged. So this is at least the third migration.

    Well Nexon EU to Nexon Global was kinda type of migration like K2>G1 in my opinion. Ir I would count migration to Papaya/VG as 2nd ;d

    The difference I think to be significant is from K2 to G1, it just happened as it was literally the same company just under a new name/brand. But the Nexon Europe to Nexon Global migration required opting into it, at least per an email from last September I found while working on migrating my accounts this time.

    @uriel1029 you may try contacting them through their Support system.

    If there are no concerns with privacy, you might try to share whatever you would like to ask about on the forums themselves and any user might be able to answer for you.

    @linkinxero I saw somewhere that it was to do with a banned account or the 'want' to be unbanned when Papaya take over.

    Hey, on my mail I get massage from papaya that I have confirmed and migrate everything but on page in "my profile" is still red little window "please confirm email addres"... I dont know what to do. Do you have the same?

    Cling on your name in top right corner, go to My Account, click Edit on right side of your email address, click resend and you should get verification link on your e-mail address. Click it and everything should be fine.

    idk rlly now, I thiunk papaya will milk the game like nexon did, but in case of that, lets all stop paying for 1 month and I bet you they will make changes like super cheap sales for permanent guns but we want real changes, not sales, so until they provide us with those lets not pay if they start milking us like nexon, btw I made new acc to celebrate POPOJO PLEJ, so starting from lvl 1 again is gonna be fun

    Hey guys , lilmama1 here . I know its been a while thank god I picked now to come back (just in time) . I just transferred my account over , but while i was doing it it said my nickname was taken ? I had to put in a new nickname . Now i read that the bug doing this was fixed but ....... it just made me change it then told me my migration was complete without showing any info on what account was transferred { rank , kdr} ect...
     My question is  do I have to buy a nic-change to fix it or will I be stuck with iamlilmama1 now ?
      Is there anyplace to see stats or do I have to log into the game to confirm my account is correct ?
           I was only iamlilmama1 on the Nexon forums but What if its wrong ......

    Hi lilgina1,

    You can check your migration status here: https://warrock.papayaplay.com/warrock/verify.do

    You'll receive an email with the information of the account you transferred. It includes the transferred ingame account name and your Papayaplay login name. Your ingame name should be fine, as they resolved the name change issue. If you bought a nick name change you have to contact the customer support in order to get a refund.

    If your ingame name still remains iamlilmama1 I suggest you to contact the customer support and send them a ticket regarding this issue. Contacting them can be done here: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

     Hey p0wner1180 , 

      Thank you for the info but this site just keeps saying my e-mail is not valid 8( ? As this is the only e-mail i have ever used on WarRock and it is the e-mail i used to migrate the account  from Nexon to Papaya and it said migration completed ?
      I have sent a ticket to both Nexon and Papaya about this issue .  I have never bought a nik-change and do not plan to  but Payapa registration said my name was taken and made me change it to iamlilmama1 now Every time I log into the Papaya game I am  named iamlilmama1 and it is lvl 1 account ! I just do not understand ....  I am hoping they can help I would hate to lose my original lilmama1 lvl 65 account after all this time !
