Colloseum

General
I read an update where there would be a coloseum event, just like there is Dead front etc.
You would be able to get a costume, which seemed pretty good to me.

However, i am now at colloseum at the specific time, and there is no event, no players, no anything.

Is this event canceled? Bugged? or am i doing something wrong?
