Migration problem

I have a friend who can't log in to game via nexon client bcs lost acces to his PC and got only acces on website via smartphone, how can he do migration without login in to game? Of course he don't want to give acces to his account to nobody else.

    He'll need to contact Nexon support and see what options there are from them.
    Much needed features on a forum
    1. A spoiler tag or otherwise collapsible element.
    2. More flexible tabling.
    3. Not being forced to sign out.
    4. Quoting buttons.

    Only way at the moment is to login to the game. If you're a good friend then maybe he'll let you do it for him?
