CANT TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT "IM STUCK"

when that migration thingy came in i entered my email in game migration thing
and then a window poped up then i completed the registration and after that
i tried to sign in to my account, i entered my username and my password
then a small window poped up saying wrong account info or something
i tried to reset my password then signing in and same then happened
hopefully you'll respond asap with a solution

Any password you used when registering your Papaya Play account is only used on Papaya Play, not on Nexon.
Now if I recall correctly, there was only one password field when setting up your Papaya Play account. It is possible you mistyped your password. (The email is entered twice, so that's less likely to have been wrong.) So now if you're having issues getting the Password Reset, I can say that some people have not been getting the automated emails from Papaya. Try whitelisting any @papayaplay.com emails (particularly noreply@papayaplay.com) and checking for the emails in your Junk/Spam folder.
