IP Blocked??

Hi. I'm trying to login to play but I keep getting a message saying "This IP has been blocked." I haven't played on this Dekaron server before and I've never played using this computer. Any reason why my IP would be blocked and how I can get past it to play? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Kinda figured it out. Changing the VPN at least makes it not blocked. Now it says "server disconnect" when i try to log in.
