Impossible to migrate nexon account now?

Guessing so but just would like to make sure.

    There was a tab on the download screen to transfer characters, although I haven't noticed it lately.  Tab around on the primary Dekaron screen and you might still find it.  OR you could submit a ticket to see if the GMs can help you.  I'm almost certain they still have the original files from the Nexon transfer.
