Papaya and Post-Ban Policy Wishes

I wanted to see what people thought about how people should be handled after they receive a ban. With GamersFirst and Nexon (for a while, then they just stopped..) we received dishonor lists. This was a great way to let the community know about who was banned, and for what reason. It didn't allow some high level hacker to say they got banned for cussing out an admin as if they were some bigshot, no, they got called out for being a hacker and anyone who had accused them in the past were happy to know they were right all along.
But I did notice in the Dekaron forum someone mentioned that Wall of Shame posts had ceased. Why was that? Does such a decision affect the possibility of WarRock receiving Dishonor/Shame posts?
Now, beyond the publication of bans, I would like to know about support. I can say that Papaya thus far, in my whole one ticket to them, are very responsive and quick to help. That is fantastic! How will people who submit a ticket about a ban be treated?
That the ban is irrefutable and you'd just be feeding them a copy pasted response that they were banned for one or more of an assortment of reasons? This was Nexon's policy.
That the ban is for reason X, and in general players can't argue it?
Would you ever provide the evidence that an admin themselves collected against a player for the ban? Imagine the scenario where you screenshot someone who is abusing someone verbally, bypassing the word filter, is presented with a screenshot by an admin that shows them saying that. That'd be fun to see the banned player's response.
But more practically, consider providing evidence of a glitch. The lines are still fuzzy about what is a glitch, and what is ever enforced, so there is a disconnect even between what the community thinks is a glitch and what the administrators think is a glitch. It'd be nice to see photographic evidence of the glitch that they were banned for, so it is made clear to them this is bannable.
One example of such a ban, to veer a little off topic, is that of inverse leaning. Nexon won't ban for it, even though it makes a player nearly invincible and does not impair them to any meaningful extent. If Papaya decides it is something to ban for, it would be great to provide the screenshot so players know exactly the reason they were banned and that they need to get used to the new rules.
Nexon expressed concerns about stating the reason for a ban, such that it would help hackers if they knew what hack is being detected. I refute their reasoning by saying the ban reason "hack" is enough - you don't need to say they got caught using superjump or infinite sp. And in the case of a hack being the reason, the evidence doesn't necessarily need to be presented. I do have a history where a glitch was mistaken as a hack, so I understand the repercussions of having a strong policy of not providing evidence to hackers.
