[Explanation] How to check Players for Software Overclock

I made a short Video about how everyone is able to Check if someone got

Software Overclock or not.

STEP 1: GET SOME FOOTAGE
STEP 2: SEARCH FOR THE STARTING FRAME (Base Neutralize, Healing & Repair the Station)
STEP 3: OR USE A MEDIAPLAYER (description below by linkinxero)
STEP 4: SEARCH FOR THE END FRAME (Next Healing / Repair / Base Take)
   - Healing: 7 Seconds / 4.5 Seconds with FastCharge
   - Repair: 5 Seconds / 2.5 Seconds with FastCharge
   - Capture Base: 10 Seconds
STEP 5: WATCH THE TIME, COMPARE THE NORMAL SPEED AND THE FOOTAGE
STEP 6: DO SOME MATH (FOOTAGE TIME : NORMAL TIME = ??? || 100 - ??? = % OVC)
STEP 7: UPLOAD THE VIDEO
STEP 8: BUST THE CLOCKER AND REPORT HIM

Great tutorial. I do want to add that players who don't have a fancy video editor like adobe premier or after effects or vegas or whatever can collect timestamps for the start and end frames, and just calculate the difference. (Seems obvious, but a lot of people wouldn't realize that.)

Here are the normal speeds that are mentioned in the video:

	Base Take	Healing	Repair
No Bonus	10 seconds	5 seconds	7 seconds
Fast Charge		2.5 seconds	4.5 seconds

You mean the Ingame Timer? This wont work. The ingame Time runs random.

Not in game timer. If you view it in something like Windows Media Player, it shows a timestamp you can use.

I use VLC Player myself, here's a SS:

See a few posts below to use an extension called Time in VLC so you can get the exact milliseconds.

Something needs to be done about this account. Gone from being an average player to someone making 60/70/80 kills a game. Shame Wrstats is no more to prove and see the KD increase. The speed he is moving around the map, how fast he shoots and as shown by the video how fast he is taking bases.

Its wrong, but theses types of players are aloud to get away with it even when clear video evidence is produced. Is he banned yet? NO

Same goes for all the other cheats who are overclocking the wrong way in this game!

This is true. So I looked for an extension that gives you frame by frame times...

VLC Extension called "Time": https://addons.videolan.org/p/1154032/

Of course, you'll need the VLC Media Player from videolan.org

Here's an installation guide for the extension, as the instructions are a little hard to follow.

Download the zip (under the Files tab).
Extract that zip.
Go into the time v2.1 (intf) folder
Copy the looper_intf.lua into your VLC installation directory, into the subfolders \VideoLan\VLC\lua\intf
Copy the time_ext.lua into your VLC installation directory into the subfolders \VideoLan\VLC\lua\extensions
Launch VLC
Go to the "View" menu, and then click on "Time v2.1 (intf)"
You'll be told to initialize the program or something or other. Click yes.
Restart VLC
Go to the "View" menu, and then click on "Time v2.1 (intf)"
Use the [E] as shown in the screenshot below to see the milliseconds for frames

Now all the math can be done as I had mentioned before ^^

I asked admins to change the weapon that is harmful to the eyes. I said that sometimes my little son plays with this weapon. From this optical sight, eyes begin to hurt in anyone who played. Admins can check this in a battles group in an ohar. After that Dragonfoce and CO began to reproach me for allowing to sometimes my child play warrock. My right to decide or forbid in my house. Every time in the chat dragonforce insulted the child for not being able to play well. This time I warned him to stop or I'll stop him. Everyone knows that dragonforce in the game insulted players and it's not a secret.
