Migration/Game Launch problem

Hello,

So, I open the Nexon Launcher and enter my email and password. I hit "log in" and it waits for like 1-2 mins. After that time period the nexon launcher doesn't do anything. The "log in" button can be pushed but nothing will happen. I've tried restarting interne/pc, uninstalling fully/reinstalling, ip release/renew, flushdns, even resetting my pc fully. My wife tried to log in my account from our home in the states and she can get past the Nexon Launcher to the game launcher and update it, but when she hits play it says "The product is already in use". Any ideas?

    As this is a Nexon issue it sounds like, you should be asking on their forums or trying to contact their support forum.

    If you make a post on the Nexon forums, please include a screenshot of the screen you're stuck on. You should also include one if you submit a support ticket to Nexon.
    Much needed features on a forum
    1. A spoiler tag or otherwise collapsible element.
    2. More flexible tabling.
    3. Not being forced to sign out.
    4. Quoting buttons.

    "Product already in use" means the WRLauncher.exe has been launched somewhere. Check your processes. Where are you trying to play from? (Country, region)

    Actually it means that nexon launcher got bugged .. You need to kill the nexonlauncher.exe process until it fix itself.

    @Ponury every time it's happened to me is when warrock has tried to launch twice or it hasn't ended the program correctly. Never had the issue with nexon launcher.

    For me it's happening every time when I'm closing warrock. Every time I need to kill nexonlauncher.exe about 2 times. (I don't have any warrock.exe process running when this happens)

    I did submit a ticket, but I'm here just to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. It seems like I won't be able to play until the game completely transfers on the 13th when I have to download and install the game from the new publisher. I don't know why I can't get past the nexon launcher and my wife can get past it but can't get past the game launcher.

    This happens to me sometimes. I usually just log out of the nexon launcher or just wait 2 mins or so then it goes back to normal and the Play button appears.
