Just remove it
In 3weeks of a19 i got only 3 or 4 of 7 coin.
Or send us by mail 100of those 3 rare cons that drop hard

    The drops have been removed and you need to exchange them now before the option is removed. I got hundreds of coins but only 3 '7' coins. An utter waste of time and no response from any GM to my requests to increase the drop rate. Disappointed

    This is what an "event" is called nowadays if you notice the trend. I myself only got 4 pcs "7" for the entire event, I also opened 500+ blue boxes (D-E-K-A) and I never got a single kracion. Not to mention all you get is a "RANDOM BOX" when you exchange those letters. It is all clear now, it's either you spend tons of cash or you farm trash from events.

    Yeah pretty stupid drop rates.
    I noticed the letters N and 7 were the least common.
    N seemed to be bugged half the time when exchanging some rewards so that wasn't that bad... but the 7 was just plain stupid.

    Also I couldn't even exchange coins from karin or w.e her name is... 

    Why even run an event if you're just going to screw your players like this....

    Some few days ago i noticed a bug on exchanging the letters.
    I am quite dissapointed about this a19, at the beggining i thought it will be full action in 1-2maint max, but now i can see it's just a massive flaw... I don't think there is a game in the world with such updates..
