Black screen of dead or just the popup disconnection window

I'veen seen this since the new update came in im having lots of issues when I log with my main character.

I'm either unable to play or the game kicks me out with the popup disconnected msg as soon as I log with  my main character however this is pretty strange since I can log with any other of my characters and do what ever I want.

Sometimes I also get the Black Screen of Dead which will also launch the disconnected from server popup or game close itself right away and a little grey popup window show to send an automated msg god knows where is only been 2 months of gaming and if I try to play for lets say half a day I get disconnected at least 20 times and then I gotta wait 5 minutes each time to try log back in crossing my fingers to not get disconnected again which will happen anyways.

As I already check if this was caused by my firewall a corrupt file of the game my antivirus my VPN even check the latency of receving/transfer of the direct fiber optic connection my Wifi or the usual winsock reset but NONE of this are the cause.

I could be really techy if I have to since im a system ingineer however I know this issue is not from my side.

Wonder if more people experience this nowdays or if this is just Dekaron giving me lots of love.

Will wait for a proper response from a GM or something..........

    I would Like a proper answer from someone that does know what is happening with the game instead of a run around of Q&A auto-generated email response from DK GM's just to avoid having an insane workload in "PENDING" Status.

    I can't deal with more "PERFECT KEYBOARD" emails from DK customer service.

    Would rather understand if they tell me yes we do have issues with our servers or our servers not reading properly certain amount of accounts that log at the same time.

     since there is so much distress within server they just disconnected X amount of users randomly.

    or an answer from a DK representative with some tech knowledge. at this point I feel like im talking to myself or my hand... :(
