A few questions from an (old) European LT Player.

Hello there!

I looked through the forums and had some of my questions answered, while others popped up at the same moment.

I read that PapayaPlay would give "presents" to the players depending on their "Account creation date". So NA CBT players (like myself) would have the same presents as those who played the game the same year or later on Open Beta, while they had their accounts way back then for other games like Rumble Fighter or Albatross18 (boy, if you remember that one, you've got a really old account) ? That would be kind of unfair, since it doesn't depend on LT, but more on OGP.

Second, would the gifts be tiered? If so, how would the tiers be? One tier per year, from 0 (new player) to 10 (CBT/Reaaally old player)?

Third, were would the servers be located exactly? West America? Europe? East America? When OGP changed their servers and placed them in West America, it was nicer to play being closer to Europe, but classes like strider/judgement/Sword Dancer were still nearly unplayable due to the lag (even though my net doesn't suck!)...

Optional Fourth, if the answer above is "West America" (meaning unplayable to anyone but Americans/SEA), will you place any other servers in Europe/South America/any place not covered yet ?

    Welcome aboard, old good veteran!

    Currently there is absolutely no information as to transition gifts. There is no information regarding server location either so your questions 1~3 will be answered with one word: "unknown".

    The company does have a right to operate in various places of the world but I highly doubt new servers will be planted unless their first one makes enough money to support itself and, for a while, a new one.

    I was lurking online and it seems they are located in Cali so I assume the server will also be there. I've heard (I haven't a clue though) there might be an EU server in this same company so maybe we'll have multiple server, but that's more of a long shot.

    Thanks for both of your answers, and sorry for the late response.

    If the server really is in Cali, it'll be like the old days of S1... Aka nearly unplayable because 300-500+ ping at any moment in time for Europe... This would be a real downer.

    Let's just hope they can/will afford to put an East America/European server in the future.

    The East Coast of the United state would make probably the best location for the server. More specifically Florida or New York. Not only For NA/EU players. But also for our friends in Brazil in South America. I'm sure the papaya staff are attempting taking all into consideration.

    Yeppity yep @DrunkenStallion ! And also a lv 20 sword knight which totally kicked ass for absolutely no reason because broken PVP haha.

    It was sad to see the guild disappear and to have the only "decent" european server close up though. And now that OGP's closing LT too, I'm losing my very first characters too... To be honest, I'm losing more and more of my "attachment" to this game. Let's just hope Papaya just corrects the shot!

    @Makimoke That is what everyone hopes but they seem to be pretty serious and dedicated to making #LTGREATAGAIN so..lets see how it all plays out and welcome back pal :).

    According to the Discord chat, the server is highly likely to be placed in the east coast this time around.

    Hmmmm that doesn't sound too bad but any idea where in the east cost or is that still TBA?
